The Festival Planning and Management Class at the University of South Carolina and the AIDS Benefit Foundation of South Carolina are proud to present the Palmetto Holiday Showcase.
The Palmetto Holiday Showcase will be held the weekend of November 19 - 21 at the South Carolina State Museum. The event raises money for South Carolinians affected by HIV and AIDS. It will feature beautifully decorated Christmas trees and original holiday decorations—all available for purchase in a silent auction. In addition, there will be performances by a variety of artists and fun activities for the entire family all day Saturday, November 21st. On Saturday night, there will be a black tie optional gala featuring the Craig Woolard Band, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and bar. The gala will also feature an exclusive silent auction giving patrons a chance to find unique items that will make great gifts, all benefitting the AIDS Benefit Foundation of South Carolina.
The Palmetto Holiday Showcase is free and open to the public on Thursday, November 19 from 5:30—7:30pm, Friday November 20 and Saturday November 21 from 10:00am—5:00pm. The gala for ticket holders only will begin on Saturday the 21st at 7:30pm.
Tickets sales for the 2009 Gala are closed. We do continue to accept donations to help South Carolinians affected by HIV and AIDS. Tickets purchased by November 13th will be mailed to the purchaser. All purchases after November 13 will be available at will call at the event.
